On Sunday 5th August 2012 The Music Circle will be jumping on their bikes and cycling to Oxford from London to raise money in support of an Oxfam project protecting women from abuse in the DRC. The ride is 60 miles and will take approximately approx. 6/7 hours with a lunch stop. We will be starting at 8am, leaving from Walpole Park in Ealing, we first visit Fulmer and Burnham Beeches before stopping for lunch by the river at Marlow. The route then heads up into the Chiltern Hills and across Christmas Common to Chalgrove on the way to the finish at Oxfam’s HQ in Oxford.
There is a £10 entry fee and we are looking for everybody to reach a sponsorship target of £200. If you’re up for the challenge then please email emily (at) anoraklondon.com but be quick as there are only 50 places!
